| 摘 要： | 文章对纺织服装行业近年来TBT通报情况进行整理统计,并详细对2008全年纺服行业技术贸易壁垒情况进行分析,从技术贸易角度探讨我国主要进出口贸易国技术性贸易措施手段。最后结合纺织服装行业相关政策,从技术贸易角度作出行业趋势展望及应对策略。

| Abstract: | This paper has made a comparing analysis on the TBT notifications of the textile and garment industry in 2008. From technical and trade point of view, it discusses the technical barriers that our major import and export trading countries have applied. Finally, it predicts the ongoing trend of textile and garment industry with considering relative policies and from a technical and trade angle. |
