| 摘 要： | 金融作为农村经济发展中最为重要的资本要素配置制度,在农村经济发展中的作用越来越明显。农村金融体系存在着还不能适应农业和农村经济战略性调整的现状。从农村金融理论的研究和发展现状分析出发,提出农业银行商业化改革,推进农村信用社的改革和促进农村民间金融的发展等我国农村金融改革的思路。

| Abstract: | As an essential system of capital factor in rural economy, rural finance plays an increasingly important role in the development of agriculture.However, there are many deficiencies in its system. Through the theoretical and practical analyses,the paper presents the alternatives of promoting commercial reform of agricultural bank,and enforcing the innovation of cooperatives in addition to nongovernmental finance. |
