| 摘 要： | 从地方科技管理的战略目标出发,就地方科技计划项目过程控制的必要性,探讨影响地方科技计划项目研究成果与实施质量的主要因素,以计划项目的合理绩效评价为基点,设计了地方科技计划项目绩效评价测评方法,并用该方法对"十五"期间的某地区科研计划项目进行了过程质量跟踪监测及模拟绩效评价,为"十一五"科技计划项目的过程管理与绩效评价提供了有效的手段。 ?
