Study on the Construction Supply Chain System of the General Contractor

In the sake of the fierce competition in construction industry,many enterprises begin to focus on the integration among them.It is inevitable to apply the principle of supply chain management in the construction industry.Based on describing the status of construction supply chain and contracting model of large-scale projects,it was introduced the information management,logistics management and risk management in construction supply chain and finally focused on the role of general contractor in the supply chain.It was proposed some effective measures to improve the construction supply chain management.
