| 摘 要： | 鉴于传统测算农村居民点整理潜力方法存在过于理想且受主观因素影响过大等问题,考虑到农村居民点不同类型,利用ArcGIS相关技术,将整理区农村居民点分为零星居民点和中心村两类。前者采用整体搬迁模式,利用人均建设用地法测算潜力,并采用农户意愿修正该潜力值;后者采用内部改造模式,利用土地闲置率法测算潜力。两者之和,即为农村居民点整理总潜力。以平南县为例,对比分析了几种方法测算农村居民点整理潜力的现实可行性。

| Abstract: | In view of the disadvantages of the traditional methods for calculating rural residential areas and the different types of rural residential areas,rural residential area is classified into two types by using related technologies of ArcGIS: one is a minor residential area,using the whole relocation model,and the potential is calculated by per capita construction land method and modified by farmers’ willingness;the other is a central village,using the internal reconstruction model,and the potential is calculated by vacant land rate method.The sum of the two types is the total potential.Taking Pingnan County,this paper compares and analyzes the realistic feasibility of several methods used to calculate the potential of rural residential area. |
