| 摘 要： | 《客户关系管理》是电子商务专业的一门专业课,同时也是一门操作性极强的课程。本文就高职客户关系课程教学普遍存在的问题进行分析,主要阐述了项目教学法在《客户关系管理》课程教学中的具体运用、具体实施以及有待解决的问题;探索项目教学法对高职电子商务专业客户关系管理能力的培养与实践。
