| 摘 要： | 面对学生生源的逐步减少,就业市场竞争压力的增大,为将学生培养成高素质技能型的人才,高职院校要加强自身建立,立足于建立产学结合的人才培养机制,充分体现自身的优势。但在建立产学结合人才培养机制的同时,观念陈旧、资金缺乏等问题成为了阻碍发展的绊脚石。本文在对高职院校实际情况进行分析基础上,提出加强产学结合人才培养机制建设的措施。
