| 摘 要： | 大学生在寝室中朝夕相处,长期共同生活,寝室氛围会对大学生的成长产生潜移默化的影响,因此建设高品位的大学生寝室文化,是高校校园文化建设的一个重要组成部分。本文分析了大学生寝室交往结构的特性,以寝室文化的教育导向功能为载体,对加强大学生寝室文化建设进行了系统的探讨。
