| 摘 要： | 为提高财政性资金运行效率和使用效益,各级各部门应不断加强国库支付制度管理。本文就以某省国库管理改革为例,初步阐述了改革的基本情况,改革的主要做法、目前取得的成效、改革中存在的问题以及完善国库管理制度的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the operation efficiency and the use efficiency of fiscal fund,the departments at all levels should strengthen state treasury payment management system.Taking the management system reform of a state treasury as an example,this paper expounded the basic situation of reform,the main approach,the success achieved in the reform,the problems existing in it and the measures and suggestions of improving and perfecting the management system. |
