| 摘 要： | 目的:能够应用所学理论解决实践问题,从而提高教学质量,为今后的专业实践做好准备。方法:在07级急危重症护理教学中部分章节采取案例教学法进行教学,同时在急危重症护理学理论考试中增设了部分案例题,并与06级未采取案例题的试题情况进行了比较分析。结果:07级考试成绩优于06级,成绩呈正态分布。经统计学处理,t=4.519,P<0.05,有显著差异意义。结论:采用一定数量的案例题,对开发学生智力,培养学生创造思维有着重要作用,但案例题应适量。
