| 摘 要： | 商业物业已经成为一个在城市中建筑面积仅次于住宅的特殊物业。受房地产开发热的影响,近年来我国商业物业迅猛发展。但是我国商业物业的开发与管理一直是房地产开发中的薄弱环节,无论是经营还是管理方面都存在着一些不尽令人满意的问题。本文对目前我国商业物业经营管理的基本模式及其在发展过程中出现的问题进行了分析讨论,并对此提出了一些个人的看法和建议。
