柴油机故障诊断测试系统设计

摘    要:柴油机作为机车、船舶等常用机械的动力设备,其动力性和可靠性直接影响整个系统的安全运行。本文对柴油机进行了动力学分析,指出了引起缸盖、机体振动的动力来源和振动的产生机理及影响振动的因素,同时设计出合理的测试诊断系统。

Abstract:As the power equipment,diesel engines are widely used in automobiles,ships,and so on.The safety of operation system depends on the reliability and dynamic characteristics of diesel engine.Force analysis of the diesel engine is first presented.The source of the vibration from the head and the side of the engine is pointed out.The complication of the vibration are indicated afterwards.According to the research,a sound test system is designed.
