| 摘 要： | 在现行的职业教育体制中,专业教研室主要负责人才培养过程中的教学环节,其它环节则由另外的部门负责,人才培养过程是被割裂的。本文从高职院校人才培养过程的现状出发,分析专业教研室职能设计中存在的问题,提出解决的措施。
