| Abstract: | In order to better evaluate for investment projects,the paper introduces the real option theory and provides the new ideas for projects investment decisions.The article introduces the real option theory,introduces the classification and characteristics of real options according to the characteristics of the firms' investment decisions,and proposes a general step that the real option applies in the enterprise investment decisions. |
