| 摘 要： | 护士礼仪是医院文化的重要组成部分,对医院的形象以及医疗行业的整体发展有重要的作用。文明规范的护士礼仪可以更好地协调医患、护患关系,对于稳定患者及家属情绪有不可替代的作用,从而提高护理的质量。文章从实际工作出发,探讨分析护士礼仪在医院文化发展的重要性,对护理人员的日常行为规范提出建议。
