| Abstract: | At present in the universities of our country,the talents of public management they have trained are seriously out of line with social needs,which has resulted in an embarrassing situation that there is a decrease in the demand for talents of public management.It is required that talents of public management should be pertinencely nurtured to improve their social adaptabilities.Therefore the specific procedures for the training of talents of public administration need to be considered deeply. |
