| 摘 要： | 文章指出 ,农业经济和工业经济是用产品 (农产品和工业品 )这一目标来界定。知识经济是用产品和生产要素两个标准来界定 :一是指生产知识产品的知识产业 ;二是指以知识为第一生产要素的高科技产业。知识产业为知识经济的基础产业 ,高科技产业为知识经济的支柱产业 ,信息经济是知识经济的初级阶段。

| Abstract: | The agricultures and industries are defined with their products(agricultural products and industrial products).Knowledge economy is defined with both products and production factors:one is the knowledge industry that produces knowledge;one is the IT industry taking the knowledge as its main production factor.Knowledge industry is the basis on which the knowledge economy is developed;the IT industry is the core industry of knowledge economy;information economy is the primary stage of knowledge economy. |
