论“学习人”的人性假设理论的形成及内涵

摘    要:20世纪80年代学习型组织理论出现以后,人性假设的理论有了新的突破。学习型组织理论完整地提出了对人新的理解的问题,其全新的管理理念是以新的“学习人”的假设为中心。“学习人”假设认为,在现代组织中人应该不断地学习,提升自己的素质,以适应社会的发展与进步。自我超越、完善心智模式、系统思考、共同愿景、团队学习都是新人性的特点。

Abstract:Since the emergence of learning organization theory in the 1980s,human nature assumption theory has gained a new breakthrough,which holds new understanding human nature from a full viewpoint,and focuses on a new assumption of "learning person".According to the "learning person" assumption,people in modern organizations should learn continuously so as to enhance the competencies and adapt to the social development and improvement.In this case,human nature involves many new characteristics including Personal Mastery,Improving Mental Models,System Thinking,Building Shared Vision,and Team Learning.
