| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，我国纺织品服装出口确实像预期的一样呈现了较好的发展势头。但与此同时，进口国的绿色壁垒仍极大地阻碍了我国纺织品服装的顺利出口，从而限制了我国纺织品服装出口规模的进一步扩大。文章在阐述世界纺织品服装贸易中绿色壁垒的形式与特点的基础上，重点分析与研究了绿色壁垒对我国纺织品服装出口的影响与对策。

| Abstract: | China's textile and garment export has seen an encouraging growth after China's entry into the WTO but green barriers turn out to be the big obstruction on the export and restrict its further expansion in the international market. The paper, after discussing the forms and characteristics of the green barriers, stresses the effects caused by the barriers on China's export and advances some relevant countermeasures. |
