On the Harnessing of Urban Public Security in the Wei, Jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties

The Wei, Jin and the Northem and Southem Dynasties tumed out to be a turbulent period in history due the never-ending wars. The social security was in even worse situation in those political and economic centers owing to the high population density.
