| 摘 要： | 提高产品能效水平成为全球应对能源危机和达到各国节能减排目标的重要手段。文章从发布数量、成员组成结构和产品类别等方面分析了2007～2010年国内外有关电子电器产品能效的WTO／TBT通报状况，研究此类通报的特点和趋势，为企业应对待机能效壁垒提供技术参考。 |

| Abstract: | Improving energy efficiency is becoming one of effective approaches to address the energy crisis and global emission reduction. This paper analyzes Domestic and Foreign WTO/TBT notification of Energy efficiency of electrical and electronic Equipment from 2007 to 2010 in the aspects of issuance amount, structure of members and product categories. In order to provide a good reference for the export enterprises to overcome the technical barriers, this paper also analyzes status of these notifications and investigated characteristics and tendency. |
