摘    要:随着我国超市的快速发展以及消费者生活水平、安全意识的提高,超市生鲜经营成为农产品销售的主要渠道与必然趋势。但是,近几年,农产品安全事故的频频发生也为超市的生鲜供应链质量管理敲响警钟。本文在对超市生鲜供应链质量管理流程进行分析的基础上,引用目前广泛应用的霍尔三维结构模型,较为系统地分析了超市生鲜供应链质量管理的时间维、逻辑维、知识维的内容与关系。最后以PDCA循环的基本思想为指导,构建了超市生鲜供应链质量管理动态管理模式,为今后超市生鲜供应链质量管理提供了一种新的思路。

Research of supermarket fresh food supply chain quality management based on Hall three dimensions structureIssues Concerning agriculture,the countryside and farmers
Abstract:With the rapid development of supermarkets in China, as well as the continuous improvement of people's living standard, safety consciousness, supermarket operation of agricultural products had become the main channel of agricultural products sales and inevitable trend. However, in recent years, people paid more attention to supermarket fresh supply chain quality management because of serious food safety accidents. Based on the analysis of the quality management flow chat of supermarket fresh supply chain, this paper proposed a viewpoint of the supermarket fresh supply chain quality management that is based on three dimensions structure, including time-based dimension, logic dimension and knowledge dimension. At last, the paper established the dynamic quality management model of supermarket fresh supply chain based on the basic ideas of the PDCA cycle, which provided a new idea for the future supermarket supply chain quality management.
