摘    要:在人才流动频繁的今天,如何提高员工对企业的忠诚度,发挥他们的积极性、主动性和创造性,为企业做出更大的贡献是现今很多企业面临的问题。从和谐管理理论出发,运用和则机制与谐则机制对影响员工忠诚度的的各种因素进行了分析探讨,和则机制与谐则机制在互动中不断螺旋推进,从而最大程度上实现员工忠诚度的全面有效的提高。

Abstract:Today the flow of talent is very frequent, how to improve the business loyalty of the staff and unleash their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity to make a greater contribution to the enterprise, This is a problem faced by many businesses today. The paper starting from "He-Xie" (harmonious) management theory, analyzes the various factors of improving the employee loyalty based on "He"(not antagonism) mechanism and "Xie" (concert)mechanism, and how to improve staff loyalty comprehensive and effectively to the greatest degree in the process of "He" (not antagonism) mechanism and "Xie" (concert) mechanism propel each other spirally.
