农业院校基础生化实验教学改革与实践

摘    要:基础生化实验课是高等农业院校面向农学、园艺、植保、食品、资环、生工等专业开设的一门专业基础课。我校自2005年开始将基础生化实验从原来的理论课中分离出来,成为一门独立课程,面向全校十多个专业四十多个班级开设,共24学时,6个实验,1个学分,考试采取笔试与操作相结合方式,目的是通过加大实验课的学时和力度,培养大学生的动手能力和科研素养。经过几年的实践,学生的动手能力得到大幅度提高,科研能力得到了锻炼。2012年,我校开始启动特色名校工程建设,借此契机,我们对基础生化实验教学进行了改革,以探索适合我校实际的实验教学模式。

Abstract:The basic biochemical experiment is a course opened in higher agricultural colleges for agronomy, horticulture, plant protection, food, resources and environment, production, bioengineering and other specialties. In 2005, basic biochemical experiment was separated from the original theoretical courses, and became an independent course. It is open to over ten specialties covering more than 40 classes. It contains 24 credit hours, six experiments, and 1 credit. The test includes written test and operation, aiming to cultivate college students' practical ability and scientific literacy through strengthening experiment class hours. After several years of practice, the students' practical ability increased greatly, and their scientific research ability got improved too. In 2012, our school started the construction of characteristic schools, avail ourselves of this opportunity, we are on the basis of biochemical experiment teaching reform, to explore suitable for the actual experiment teaching mode in our school.
