| 摘 要： | 建设工程项目后评估是项目投资建设中一项非常重要的工作阶段，是对已建工程项目进行回顾评估，是建设项目管理的重要内容之一。重点分析了基于定量与定性分析的建设项目后评估方法，结合工程实例对各种方法进行了分析研究，总结了经验和教训，并提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The post-evaluation of the projects is a very important stage of the project-construction. It is reviewing and evaluating the construction projects, and is also the important content of the management of the invested projects. The paper concerns on the post-evaluation which is based on the quantitative and the qualitative analysis, and uses the post-evaluation to analyze and study with living examples. |
