| 摘 要： | 通过对国内施工项目开展健康、安全与环境管理体系(HSE管理)现状的分析,研究了施工项目管理过程中HSE管理存在的问题,提出应完善HSE管理组织和管理目标,以及转变陈旧观念和重视HSE管理2个方面的对策。通过完善的HSE管理提高项目管理水平,实现企业的效益,增强企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the current situation of the HSE management in construction projects in China, the author believes that the HSE management is not been thought much on the management of construction project, and some problems occur at present. So, the countermeasures are put forward, with regard to the perfection of the objectives and the organization of the HSE management and the transition of the idea on HSE management, which contribute to make the profit of construction enterprises available, and strengthen the competition ability of construction enterprises, with the usage of the perfect HSE management and the exaltation of management level in construction projects. |
