| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业在激活竞争、创造就业、增加农民收入等方面对国民经济做出了重要贡献,但其融资通道狭窄,直接融资规模小,普遍缺乏长期稳定的资金来源.要解决这一难题,必须加大政府支持,加强民间资本投入.
