职工基本养老保险关系转移现状的思考

职工基本养老保险关系转移接续办法的出台,为劳动者顺利转接养老保险关系提供了制度保障。该办法实施两年多来,工作进展基本顺利,但也存在转接不畅的突出问题。应当采取相应措施,进一步完善制度,由基于就业的"申请转接"向基于权益的"自动转接"转变,实现养老保险关系转移接续"一卡通"。
