| 摘 要： | 企业执行力以个体成员执行力为基础，但又不是个体执行力的简单加总，而有其更加复杂的运行机制。战略、利益与整合是提升企业整体执行力的三个要点。正确的战略是有效执行的前提，公正、合理的利益分配是执行力的动力，而整合则是发挥企业整体执行力的必然要求。

| Abstract: | The enterprise's ability to execute,based on the individual members' ability to execute,is not the simple summation of the individual members' ability to execute and has more complicated run mechanisms.Strategy,benefit and conformity are the three key points.Correct strategy is precondition of the efficient executions,equity and rational benefit distribution is the execution's dynamical,and conformity is the indispensable demand to exert enterprise's ability to execute. |
