| 摘 要： | 本文对排队论在成品油公路发运设施建设中的应用进行了研究，通过统计推断公路槽车达到间隔和服务时间的概率分布，计算系统等待时间、排队队长等指标，给出了发油鹤位建设数量的计算过程，为科学优化成品油储运设施，减少资源浪费提供了帮助。
