| Abstract: | The theory and the program of building a well-off society in an all-round way proposed by the 16th CPC National Congress is an expansion and development to Deng Xiao-ping's theory and construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics from theory to practice. To realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way requires the all-sided progresses of the economy, politics and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, i.e., the construction of material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization. |
