中小企业融资的博弈论分析

中小企业对国民经济发展起到了举足轻重的作用。但我国中小企业对国民经济的贡献率与其所获得的银行贷款等外源资金的支持相比极不成比例,极大地制约了我国中小企业发展。从博弈论角度来考察分析我国中小企业融资难的问题,为研究我国中小企业融资提供了一个新的视角。它要求我们从中小企业自身角度寻找答案时,还要考虑到银行等资金提供者方面去找原因。

To Analyse on Game Theory of Medium-Small Enterprises Financing

Medium-Small Enterprises have leaded an important role in the development of nation economy but the rate of Medium-Small Enterprises' contribution to the nation economy and that of surporting from external fund, such as bank loans, are out of proportion. This phenomena restricts the development of Medium-Small Enterprises tremendously. It provides a new perspective for studying financing of Medium -Small Enterprises that analysing the problems of difficulties about financing of them from the perspective of game theory.This way requires us not only from the perspective of Medium-Small Enterprises themselves but also considering the bank or other financial providers when we finding the answers.
