| 摘 要： | “三个代表”重要思想与党的执政能力建设两者之间既有区别又有联系。“三个代表”重要思想的侧重点在于建设什么样的党，党的执政能力建设的侧重点在于怎样建设党。“三个代表”重要思想是前提，党的执政能力建设是保证。必须在“三个代表”重要思想指导下加强党的执政能力建设。
