| 摘 要： | 威海经济技术开发区能够成功的一个重要原因就是其独有的吸引外资政策,但吸引外资政策并不是开发区成功的唯一条件。已有的实证研究表明,现行开发区吸引外资政策的效果是逐渐弱化的。依据收集威海经济技术开发区自建立以来的1993-2005年度数据,采用经济计量模型进行政策效果分析,提出对开发区吸引外资政策进行调整与优化的建议。
