| 摘 要： | 提高科技资源配置效率，对增强科技实力、带动区域经济发展具有重要意义。采用因子分析法和聚类分析法对当前河北省区域科技资源配置效率进行了比较分析，揭示了河北省区域科技资源配置效率的差异及存在问题。

| Abstract: | Rising allocation efficiency of science & technology resources is quite useful in incredibling the strength of science & technology and driving regional economic development.This article used the means of factor analysis and cluster analysis,allocation efficiency of Hebei's regional science & technology resources now is analysed and compared,it exposed the difference of Hebei's regional science & technology resources,and existed question. |
