通过对工程监理的质量控制手段——旁站、巡视、平行检验在质量控制过程中的目的、作用及其各自适用范围的分析探讨，对目前工程管理部门、业主等对旁站监理的过分强调等行为进行了辩驳，认为旁站、巡视和平行检验是建设工程监理质量控制的三种方式，体现了质量控制的点面结合，以数据事实说话的科学工作方法，从而达到质量的有效控制，对于有效的质量监理控制，无论何种方式，监理人员的素质是最重要的，要善于发现问题，解决问题并防患于未然，做到预防为主。

Several Quality Control Methods in Construction Engineering Supervision

Through discussion of the purpose, effect and serving area of side monitor, patrol and parallel check in quality control, it is rebutted on some phenomenon such as excessively emphasizing on side monitor from engineering administers and owners. It is pointed out that side monitor, patrol and parallel check are three manners of quality control, which represent the scientific working method of combination of part and all-round quality control and emphasizing actual data. In any manner, the quality of supervisors are critical to effective quality control. The supervisors should be good at discovering problem, resolving them and nipping them in bud.
