| 摘 要： | 投资宏观调控对投资效率进而对经济增长有着重要意义，但我国的投资宏观调控在理论上相对滞后且在实践上效力不足。本文立足于我国投资发展和调控的现实状况，对投资宏观调控的目标进行了再认识，指出了实现有效的投资宏观调控的现实条件，最后在针对性基础上对投资宏观调控手段的运用进行了创新，以求促进和完善我国当前的投资宏观调控。

| Abstract: | The macro-regulation to investment is significant to investment's efficiency and accordingly economic development,but that of our country is theoretically lagged and practically inefficient.On the base of the reality,this paper renews the cognition of the goal of the macro-regniation to investment,points out the conditions of efftcient one,and in the end innovates the use of its measures,which is hoped to promote and improve our country's nowaday macro-regulation to investment. |
