| 摘 要： | 本文首次提出了物流设施设备利用率理论。通过比较前后物流设施设备的利用率，把抽象的第三方物流企业规模的条件量化，能够有效地评估某地区需要的第三方物流企业的规模，实现资源优化配置。

| Abstract: | Logistics installation and equipment utilization is the basic factor of establishing logistics companies. Under ideal appearances, in a given period, the individual company chooses TPL or not belongs to whether its logistics installation and equipment utilization is higher than the general's. Comparing the specific figures between logistics installation and equipment of company with and without TPL, the exact scale of TPL company needed can be define and the requirement of TPL in certain areas can be extrapolation to approach the best allocation of resources. |
