| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了确立地方商科院校财政学专业能力培养指标的意义，界定地方商科院校财政学的专业能力，并从通用能力、专业基础能力和专业综合能力三个方面构建地方商科院校财政学专业能力培养指标体系，提出实现地方商科院校财政学专业能力培养目标的保障措施。

| Abstract: | This paper sets forth the significance of ability training index system for public finance majors in local university of economics and finance. Then it defines specialty ability of public finance majors and designs the index system from three aspects including common ability, specialty foundation ability and integrated specialty ability. At last it puts forward some measures to ensure the training of public finance specialty ability in local university of economics and finance. |
