| 摘 要： | 投标决策对建筑企业非常关键，决策的正确与否将会直接影响企业的利润甚至生存和发展。文章阐述了建设项目投标决策的工作内容，对承包商投标决策影响因素进行分析，构建了建设项目投标决策评价指标体系，并对目前应用和研究中的投标决策方法进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Bidding decision-making is critical to the construction enterprises, whether the decision is correct or not will directly affect corporate profits and even its survival and development. The paper explains the job contents of construction project bidding decision, analyzes the influencing factors on contractors＇ bidding decision-making, constructs bidding decision-making index evaluation system, and at last sums up the bidding decision-making methods in application and research. |
