山寨制造作为一种日益壮大的产业给人们的生活带来影响的同时，其所存在的法律问题也日益暴露出来。山寨制造同时触及了产品质量法、消费者权益保护法和反不正当竞争法的相关规定。我国目前尚未形成对山寨制造的系统规制，导致山寨制造市场混乱，严重侵害了其他经营者以及消费者的利益。为了维护良好的市场秩序，保护消费者的合法权益，有必要对山寨制造从法律上进行预防及规制。

As an ever growing industry, the cottage manufacturing, having brought great impact on people＇s daily life, has also revealed many legal problems day by day. Meanwhile, cottage manufacturing has also been involved with the terms and regulations of Product Quality Law, Consumer Protection Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law. However, China has not formed a systematic regulatory constraint against cottage mannfacturing yet, which results in a chaotic cottage manufacturing market and has largely infringed upon the interests of other business operators and consumers. In order to maintain an ordered market and protect the legal rights of consumers, it is necessary to wield appropriate legal measures to regulate and take precautions against cottage manufacturing.
