摘    要:
随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,人力资源逐渐超越资本成为企业价值增值的主要源泉,拥有丰富知识和能力的高素质人才成为企业竞争取胜的关键。北部湾经济区企业要实现自身价值与竞争能力的最大化,必须在人力资源管理方面加快战略转型,寻找突破口,形成企业人力资源管理核心竞争力。

Abstract:
With the increasingly development of social economy,human resources has growingly transcended capitals and become the main source of enterprises added value.In this case,having high quality talents equipped with rich knowledge and competence has become the key for enterprises to win the competitions.If the enterprises in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone want to realize their own value and competitiveness to a large extent,they must expedite the strategic transition with the regard of human resources management,and find out the breakthrough and foster the core competitiveness of corporate human resources management.
