摘    要:卷烟品牌定向整合执行力是企业执行力文化的一部分内容,是维护定向整合品牌内外在品质的"金刚罩"。执行力文化的魅力就在于能透过无形中的渗透力和感染力,影响企业全体员工的行为,创造共同信念,引导执行者向一致的目标努力。当前,卷烟品牌输入方在执行力管理方面存在诸多问题,需要以企业文化为切入点,营造一种卷烟品牌定向整合执行力的文化氛围,严抓加工精度,着力提高定向整合品牌的同质化。

On the Importance of Building Oriented Integrative Executing Culture of Cigarette Brands

Abstract:The oriented integrative executing ability of cigarette brand is a part of executing culture in an enterprise and is viewed as the powerful weapon,"Jingangzhao" to maintain the quality of the brands.The value of executing culture can influence the staff s actions invisibly and help to create shared faith.At present,as to the cigarette brand creation party,there are many problems in the management of executing ability and they need take corporation culture as a started point to create the cultural atmosphere of oriented integrative executing ability for cigarette brands and focus on processing precision to improve the nature of oriented integrative brands.
