| 摘 要： | 工程型项目在实施的过程中，现场往往需要大量的物料。这类项目的物料管理会直接影响项目成本和工程进度。本文从目前工程型项目企业的物资管理中存在的问题出发，提出了现代物资管理的五项标准。然后从物资管理过程的识别与控制、物资管理监控体系的建立、采用现代物流管理的思想和方法三个方面，探讨了工程型项目物资管理的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | Project-based undertaking usually needs substantial materials on site.The management to these materials will affect directly project cost and process.Starting with the problems of materials management in project-based undertaking,we advance five standards of modern materials management.Then we analyze the approach and ways of material management in project-based undertaking form three aspects: the identification and control of materials management process,the establishment of material management supervision system,and the adoption of the thoughts and methods of modern logistics management. |
