| 摘 要： | 资产证券化是近30年来世界金融领域最重要的金融创新之一。从资产证券化在中国的应用角度,结合林业融资的现状和林业自身的特点,提出了林业资产证券化的可行性和模式,为商品林的投融资渠道提供了一个新思路,对于解决我国林业资金投入不足问题具有较强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The assets securitisation is one of the most important financial innovation in the field of finance in the past 30 years. Combining the current situation of forestry financing in terms of application in China of the assets securitisation with the forestry's own characteristic, the paper analyzes the feasibility and mode of forestry assets securitisation, has offered a new idea for investment and financing of the commercial forest. It has more realistic meanings in solving the problem of insufficient forestry investment in China. |
