| 摘 要： | 土地更新调查是我国土地管理的一项重要基础工作.云南省目前进行更新调查所采用的是传统方法和与"3S"相结合的现代方法.通过对这两种方法的详细阐述,引出了土地更新调查的发展趋势,并指出这种新趋势给土地管理工作带来的益处.

| Abstract: | In land management of our country, land renovation and survey is an important basic job. The methods used in Yunnan Province are traditional method and a new method involving 3S technology. This paper expounds the kinds of methods and discusses the development tendency of land renovation and survey as well as the benefit that the tendency will bring to the land management. |
