| 摘 要： | 连锁经营是一种非常重要的经营方式和组织方式，而连锁经营配送体系的核心是建立合理的物流配送中心，合理的配送中心选址可以大大降低其运营成本。文章运用修正重心法建立数学模型，根据配送中心选址问题的特点和所应满足的条件，通过具体的算例，结合食品的特性解决实现连锁超市物流配送中心的选址优化。

| Abstract: | The chain operation is a very important mode of operation and organization; The core of the chain operation distribution system is to set up a reasonable logistics distribution center and rational distribution center selection can greatly reduce operation cost. In this paper, it is to use of improved gravity method, according to distribution center with the choice of sites characteristics and the condition it should meet, through specific exemples, combined with the characteristics of food, to achieve the chain supermarket＇s location of logistics distribution center optimization. |
