| 摘 要： | 作者认为城市化是保证中国经济持续、快速、健康发展的必要条件 ,但目前中国的城市化进程尚不具备加速腾飞的基本条件 ,城市化进程处在一个两难境地 ,这要求我们制定城市化政策必须实事求是 ,根据发展的需要实行积极的城市化政策。
