| 摘 要： | 随着中国集体林权制度改革的进行,林农对资金的需求越来越迫切。开展以林权抵押贷款为主要内容的林业融资改革成为解决林农资金短缺问题,加快林业发展的重要途径。中国现行的制度规定,要求经过森林资源资产评估以后才能进行林权抵押贷款。本研究主要对林权、林权抵押贷款、抵押目的的资产评估以及林权抵押贷款资产评估的相关问题的研究现状进行综述,以期对后续研究奠定基础。 |

| Abstract: | With the reform of collective forestland tenure,financings were imminently hoped by foresters.It was important problem of the shortage of financings to solve with the reform of forestry financing in the method of developing forest property right mortgage loan,which was a significant way of accelerateing forestry development.Based on Chinese current system,it was only after the forest resources evaluation that can implement the forest right mortgage loan.It was summarized that the literature of the forest property right,forest-right mortgage loan,mortgage asset valuation and forest-right mortgage loan valuation in this paper with the aim,of giving some references for future research. |
