| 摘 要： | 教育是经济发展的基础。新疆是少数民族聚居区和欠发达地区，因而发展教育事业显得尤为重要。目前新疆教育事业的发展中存在的主要问题，一是教育资源配置不平衡；二是教育投入不足，分配欠合理；三是教育政策存在一定的滞后性。在今后的发展中，应有针对性地做好各级各类教育，加强9年义务教育，加大对中等教育的投入力度，改善教育经费支出结构，同时应加强政府对教育的宏观调控力度，促进教育事业的健康协调发展。

| Abstract: | Education is the foundation for the economic development and harmonious society.Xinjiang,as a minority and undeveloped autonomous region,will have to attach more importance to education.This paper selects 19 variables that show development level of education to make PCA(Principal Component Analysis),and extracts three components such as resources,policy and investment to analyze education development in Xinjiang.Moreover,some advice is proposed in the end. |
